Viviq is ours. It came from seeing the same thing again and again with our estate agency clients: websites that went out of date and were a pain to manage.
So we brought everything they kept asking for into a single product. From scratch: name, brand and platform.
A website for every agency and a dashboard to manage their properties, connected to their property portals and CRM.
And one no: the same template for everyone. Every agency has its own brand, and its website has to look like it. That's why the design system adapts to each one without losing consistency.
The identity is modern but warm: citrus colours and soft shapes, so the technology feels like home.
Today 5 agencies use it, with more than 3,300 properties. And every one of them still pays the maintenance fee. Happily.
