You do. You paid for it, after all. At handover you get the repository, the access and the documentation. Nobody's tied down: stay with us or go with whoever you like.
You see a demo at the end of every two-week sprint and give feedback while it's being built. Software doesn't get signed off on taste, but because your team uses it without fighting it.

Yes. Unit tests: they check each piece of code works on its own. Functional tests: they check the whole program does what it should, the way you'd use it. And a security review before launch.
We stay with you for the first few weeks, so everything gets off to a good start. After that, your team can carry on with the documentation, or we maintain it so you can sleep easy: from €55/month. The final price depends on how complex the software and infrastructure are.
If it's our fault, we fix it, whether you spot it a month or two years later. If the software has gone out of date or a new vulnerability has come out, €50/h. To avoid that, sign up for maintenance.
